Brand new, full kitchen and full bathroom rufurbishment completed, along with new boiler and two new heaters, in May, 2021 in addition to, new double glazed windows, fitted throughout in 2016. Also alongside the kitchen and bathroom, the hall and livingroom have also been very recently redecorated. This has been my home since 2005 and I have really enjoyed living here. This very spacious, 1st floor tenemenat flat has been very well maintained. I have made several improvements to it, in my time here e.g. larger skirting boards, removing woodchip, stylishly tiling bathroom etc. This is a very sought after area, in the cosmopolitan west end area of the city. The very beautiful Victoria Park, is literally just a few minutes walk from the door and 10 mins walk to the Scotstoun Stadium/ Leisure Centre. Also 15/20 minutes walk into Partick, Byres Road and Finnieston areas with it's numerous shops, trendy cafes and bars. The tenement close is cleaned once a week and the housing association are very good. There is an express bus service outside the park, straight into Glasgow City Centre with the journey time, just under 10 minutes ( with no bus stops in between). And various other fantastic bus services that take you straight to Braehead Shopping Centre and Glasgow Airport. Travelling by car - You are right beside the Clyde Tunnel, where you can access all main motorway routes from. There is also plenty free parking outside both on Dumbarton Road and surrouding streets. Glasgow is a very easy city to live in and I have spent many happy years here. However it is now time for a change and I am now actively looking for ideally a coastal location and/or countryside with own garden, however open to areas. A one of two bedroom, all property types considered. Thanks
