We have a lovely 1 bed flat, top floor of 8 floors there is no one to the left, has 2 lifts one each end of building. Large lounge leading to a large balcony north facing with fabulous views. Flat all decorated throughout, bathroom has walk in shower and tiled top to bottom. 2 large cupboards in hallway which is nice size, double size bedroom has built-in wardrobe. NO Separate water bills as this is in with rent. Parking this is with parking permit ( don't pay for this) Close to trains, bus route, town 10 minutes walk, Asda 5 minutes away. Would like to stay in town but NOT Buckland or Stampstaw areas
