I have a lovely 3 bed new build house in Erdington. I would like to exchange my property to somewhere in mere green or Sutton Coldfield area.

Upstairs there are two double rooms and a single bedroom. Large bathroom with bath shower sink and toilet .

Down stairs there is a large living /dinning and bounce doors that leads on to a large garden. Largee down stairs toilet.

Large front garden with drive for one but can fit at least 4/5.

Ps have amazing neighbours.

Only moving to be closer to my family . Have a grandad son who autistic and needs me and my daughter is due the end of feb .
