It has a big living room, decent sized kitchen with space for a dining table. Tiled floors right through the downstairs. Paved front garden with parking space. Back garden only small due to build on extension but still enough space to lounge and soak up the sun. Its a sun trap during summer . I am looking to exchange for a 2-3 bedroom house with upstairs toilet and a decent sized back garden
