I have a 1 bed 2nd floor flat new build (2016) on an all private estate only 5 other neighbours in my block. On main bus routes to town centre, 15 mins drive from M20 , Toby carvery Aldi just up road bike and bin sheds I am looking for a 1 bed house bungalow or flat in cheriton Folkestone pref for over 50â€™s. My flat has a large kitchen dining area good size bedroom two storage cupboards in hallway and a shower over bath. I have sockets for sky virgin and bt with the latest fast fibre broadband. Need to move for work and family reasons.
