I have a studio flat with separate kitchen and bathroom. Big shared garden. Only 4 flats in quiet semi rural area.
Buses 2 mins away and train station really close for direct link in to London.
It does need flooring. I never got it done as I had nice big rugs down. It's ready for someone to decorate how they would like. Property also accepts pets. On a little close so nice and quiet.
15 mins drive in to main town center and 5 mins to retails parks. Also only about 10 mins from Colchester zoo!
