2 bedroom house In Eastbourne Wants 2 bedroom flat In Eastbourne

Putting this advert in for my parents. They have a 2 bedroom house in Langney off Sorrell Drive with stairlift. (this can be taken out if needed) Decent size rooms front/back garden. Co op and doctors 10-15 minute walk. need to move due to mobility problems and haven't got a toilet downstairs. Would like to exchange to a flat/bungalow all on one level. Prefer to stay local to Langney but I'm open to others areas in East borne. Must be local to shops and include wet room or have space for wet room. No timewasters please.
