My son is looking to exchange his 2 bedroom house for a 1 bedroom house in Kirkwall , his house has 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs and a kitchen, sitting room and toilet down stairs…it has just had panel heating installed and is fully double glazed, he is in the prosess of freshening up the house just now getting it all painted ,he has a good size back garden & side garden all fully enclosed with a 6 ft fence / he has a nice front garden aswell, it’s a very quiet cul de sac with lovely neighbours all around , he lives in the costal village of rosemarkie with its famous beautiful sandy beach on the Black Isle which is only a 15 min drive to Inverness city, 2 min walk takes you to the bus stop into Inverness which is a great regular service …anyone interested pls leave a message or pm .
