I have a 2 bedroom Bungalow in the beautiful village of Rode Heath. Parking for up to 3 cars and scope for more if required. New quality Kitchen purchased by Tenant and same with the Bathroom, Bathroom has a shower over the Bath. The main Bedroom has a decent sized built in wardrobe/Storage. New Carpets and redecorated in the past 6 months. Decent sized rear garden with 2 brick built sheds one of which has electric power point. Also outside power point. Lovely neighbours in a quiet spot at the head of the quite secluded street, so quiet and peaceful. This is a reluctant exchange my elderly parents needs are the reason for needing to move to be closer. Please note I will consider a one or two bedroom Bungalow or House as close to Leek as possible.
