Hello , we are looking to exchange our lovely 3 bedroom home in a beautiful Buckinghamshire village to downsize to a two bedroom home in a Devonshire village . Our home is in good condition and modern decor. We have a very large garden looking over fields and horses. Our only reason to move is to downsize to the coast , as the village is very friendly with great neighbours ( winning the best village ward for many years).
