We have a beautiful 2 dbl bedroom, semi detached bungalow in a very pretty town of Carmarthen. Cynwyl Elfed is a small village, with a local shop and post office a Chinese restaurant and pub, a large community hall,and a bit further up the road, is a garathat sells absolutely everything. There is a half hour bus service too.
We are 1 of 10 bungalows in this lovely quiet and very tidy complex. We have amazing neighbours, and is pet friendly. We have a large lounge and kitchen, with a shower bathroom, along with an utility room.
Outside We have a large back garden, which is on a slight slope and an all electric outhouse fully workable.
The front garden,has a patio,and gravelled area for the rotary line and plants. We also have a ramp leading to the front door and is very disabled friendly. We overlook a small Welsh primary school, which is lovely.
Will be sad to leave here but must get back to any area in Kent, as need to be closer to our family for medical reasons. This bungalow is definitely worth viewing, the council have a separate waiting list gor these properties as are well sought after.
