Has one step at front door and back into garden, rest is all at ground level. Privacy all around. Super-quiet road. Attic cleared and can be boarded for an extra bedroom. One side of building detached. Elderly neighbours. Allotments nearby. Quiet, peaceful, near canal and rolling countryside. Own drive for parking. Nearest big town is Skipton (10 mins drive away), voted second happiest place in UK in 2020 (6th last year). I need to move for health reasons to the South (Bath, Oxford, Wiltshire, Surrey), to outer London or calm London areas like Rotherhithe, Canary Wharf etc. Anywhere with good rail links to London or near the Jubilee Line would be ideal. Will consider quiet flats such as top floor flats in SMALL BLOCKS. Only dealbreaker is noise (I don't mind every day sounds, it's just music and anti-social behaviour I avoid).
