Lovely Tor views, 20 mins walk to Dartmoor, 3 mins walk to Drakes Trail, 1 min walk to bus to Town or bus to Plymouth.

Parks nearby for dog walks or kids to play.

Three supermarkets within ten minutes walk.

Nice, countryside feel and views.

One bed, allows pets, large communal garden that no one uses. Neighbours elderly and quiet, own parking spot.

Flat itself is very large and has own front door entrance and hallways x2, 2 x huge storage cupboards and shower over bath. Easily fit a kingsize bed in bedroom and still have heaps of room.

I need to move as I have health issues and urgently need a ground floor flat or bungalow with it's own garden so I can easily let my dog out on a bad day.

I will consider anywhere in UK if that is rural for an exchange.
