For a housing association, this house is very nice and big. Sockets are adapted for disability, and there's a switch on the stairs with the option to have a stairlift. We decorated it about five years ago, but it's still in good condition.
The garden is also very big, with secure 6.6ft fencing and a gate. We have a decking area, a shed, and an allotment area where we grow vegetables, which could be left for the new owner, and there's still enough room for kids and dogs to play.

The house is located 5–10 minutes walk to Next, Boots, M&S, Home Bargains, DFS, Costa, Aldi, and Sainsbury's. It's a 10-minute drive to Torquay Seafront and a 2-minute walk to parks for kids and dogs. The nearest doctor is a 5-10 minute walk away. We live in a lovely sort-after area. Our road is very nice, and we have really friendly neighbours too.
We ideally need a four bed with a private garden, as we have three big huskies. The garden doesn't have to be huge.
We want to back in Wales near family.
