Lovely 3 bedroom semi detached house in Tipton West Midlands DY4 8DR. Only 12 houses on the street. Lovely neighbours. Drive way on the front and pebbles to each side. We have had 3 SUV's parked on the front and 2 cars, 1 charging on the fast EV Charger and a caravan round the back through the 11ft wide gate to the side of the house. In the back garden is a big grassed area and slabbed patio area.
2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, fairly large living room with that can fits sofas and dining table.
Kitchen fits all appliances including washer,dryer, American fridge freezer and double chest freezer, dishwasher, and cooker. The kitchen also has a pantry that runs the length and width of the stairs and is directly under the stairs.
Truthfully it is a little saddening to have to move properties, but to both of our medical conditions it has left us with no choice but to move to a step free level access property.
We have an Occupational therapist report to state that is what is needed.
