?3 BED HOUSE ISLE OF WIGHT??Wanting 2 BED HOUSE in SOUTHAMPTON/ EASTLEIGH!? NETLEY? HEDGE END ? OCEAN VILLAGE ?THORNHILL ?WINCHESTER?I do want to be the Eastleigh side of the bridge though unless it's ocean village I have a lovely 3 bedroom house in a quite cul de sac in newport, the heart on the isle of wight. Our road is quiet an serene although we are very central with just a 5 minute walk to town/the bus station and a 10 minute walk to the nearest primary school and a 20 minute walk to the nearest high school. This semi detached house benefits from 2 double bedrooms and 1 small single (need to take a picture of) , a seperate dining room, seperate utility room and a brand new bathroom with bath and shower (being fitted as I make this post)The toilet and bathroom are seperate and we also have a toilet downstairs in the outhouse. I have a south facing large back garden and a small front garden too. Good quality carpets and underlay are throughout the upstairs (the stairs need cleaning due to the builders so ignore the mess they will be professionally cleaned as soon as they are finished) Brand new flooring is downstairs. My home is very much loved and we will be sad to leave but we are desperate to move off the island ASAPAs you can see the kitchen has been last on my to do list so definitely needs a little attention but it's clean and functional and does have a larder cupboard too perfect for storing away food ect. The dining room is currently being used as a temporary bedroom and has underlay but will need new carpet as there's just an offcut in there currently. I have an assured tenancy and the rent is £560 a month, council tax is band cI am very serious about swapping, the sooner the better. Infact I'm half packed, am self employed so can work anywhere, we're ready to go. Would like a house that is similar to mine, garden is a must and a bath is also a must too .
