My house is 3 bedrooms,in Dymchurch next to dymchurch school.Kitchen diner,two toilets one up an down stairs both new,New bath room with two showers and bath with sink,heated towel rail.Back garden,Two double bedrooms and third is single bed room, entrance hallway,grey carpet in front room,stairs and landing.Fully double glazed and central heating,plus boiler serviced regularly. I would like to down size to 2 bedrooms with garden and down stairs toilet,area Romney Marsh or Hawkings .
