Next to living room is a newly constructed long kitchen with seperate utility area ,downstairs. In back garden is a newly slabbed patio at the top the back garden and small garden at front of house ,with parking at the front of the house . Close to house is bus stop where you get buses to next town Maybole where you can travel by train to Ayr . To travel to Ayr it's a 15 minutes drive to Ayr town and beach . However there is a local shop and pub in the village and larger Co Op grocery store in Maybole
