Hi I have a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 reception room cottage house this is located on Granville road I have large front garden and an even bigger back garden kitchen is decent size also a separate dining room and separate livingroom at the end of my garden is a cute stream that u can feed ducks in the summer and dog walking fields on the other side of the stream this is located 8 minutes walk to oxted town where there are pubs bars restaurants cafes Train station direct London links cinema and tandrige leisure centre also bus links right outside to westerham and merstham areas
