3 bed semi detached house in a quiet street. Only one neighbour as next to the park. We have lived here 8 years with no problems, last year we had a new bathroom with electric shower over bath and a new boiler. This is a well looked after house with only one bedroom needing a lick of paint. In the garden there is a workshop with ground anchors, another shed for paint etc on the drive there is a summerhouse with power and light which my son is using as his bedroom (it was my sewing room). We need a 4 bed house or 3 bed with separate room we can convert to a downstairs bedroom for a disabled family member and all my kids can sleep in the house again.
