3 bedroom property with garden and garage which is via a few stairs all zmeneties are close by primary school 4 minute walk down road bus stop outside which goes straight to shops ,tram stop ,new boiler new windows and doors new bathroom and kitchen is due at some point but still in good condition.
I have lived here fr 24 years Forestdale is a lovely green area with woods 2 minutes via back gate , everyone is lovely but all my family have moved so now its my time I don't mind other areas like Redhill, banstead Chessington crawley .
