Hello, i have been in my 3 bed house converted council flat for over 15years, my children have all grown up and left home having families of there own, so my flat is now underocupied and the council are charging me bedroom tax for the privildge, it has a large shared front back gardens but the man upstairs whos very friendly dont use them so you have full use. Close to shops and bus stops and local schools within walking distance, i am looking for a 2 bed house to swap with so i have a bedroom and garden for when my gtmrandchildren stop over, and very large dog. Want to stay in same area as i like it here. Its just getting too much financially, tidy but could do with new decor but not willing to spend money as need to move. At least you can do it up how you want. But it is noce and tidy.
