I have a three bed flat on spring close view. It's near Gleadless Town End tram stop ten minutes walk along a flat road or Newfield Green is in the opposite direction downhill.
My flat has two double bedrooms and one box room.
Brand new laminate flooring throughout only laid December 2023 by professional fitters. Also painted fresh throughout by decorator in January 2024.

I want to move because I lived for almost two decades at netherthorpe and the council housed my here when my landlord sold up. I am missing my old neighbourhood so much.

I have lovely neighbours here and it's a lovely little flat for someone but not for me. I just want to get back to home where the surrounding area is familiar as my life was in netherthorpe not here.
