I have a brand new 3 bed property, close to schools ,shops and beach , it is a real safe and friendly area, also in a close ,so not many cars come down my road . Neighbours are amazing. The house is only a year old, and has a really big garden, and is still like new. I am wanting north London, wanting to exchange for a 4 bed house,with the right to buy if possible but not a must.
