A nearly detached little gem of a bungalow in a beautiful part of the Brecon Beacons, surrounded by woodland, tracks and rivers & the Dinas Rock & smaller waterfall along the track behind the rock...
Parking in a layby next to the front gate, not actually allocated, but considerate neighbours all use the nearest to our/thier own places.. There's a nice mixture of private houses and bungalows and some of us Powys Council places dotted about...
At the end of this road, about 100yrds, Is the Angel pub & the larger waterfall walks. On from there, appx 2miles or less, takes you into Glynneath for shops doctors McDonald's Tesco express etc, and the A465..
The bungalow, back garden, has the river much lower down out the back and woodland countryside views..
There's a pokey kitchen, medium size living room, decent size main bedroom & glass mid height gated, walk in shower & smaller single bedroom... The fridge freezer is in the large walk in cupboard in the hallway, if it was a bit narrower, it would fit in the kitchen cupboard... The hallway runs from the front door to back door...
Up the road about 8 doors along, is the village hall that sells burgers etc.. This is also where the bus turns round to go back to town. Supermarkets deliver here, but not Iceland (stores lol).

WANTING Preferably 1 bed bungalow but will consider a 2 bed bung' or 1 or 2 bed detached/ semi detached house Welsh or English side of the Bristol Channel and close surrounding areas.
No communal anything's & equally quiet, respectful neighbours.
