I have a large 2 bedroom 1st floor new build flat in slade green in a small block of only 6 (ground,1st & 2nd floor) only 2 flats per floor - I live in a little cul-de-sac

My property has a large decked balcony 2 double bedrooms & one of the bedroom has a walk in spot light wardrobe, separate cupboard for washing machine/tumble dryer. Own designated Free parking space viewable from the balcony, im Close to all transport links and I’m within 10minutes walk to local shops/doctors. My small block of 6 also has a communal garden.

I’m looking for a 2 bedroom property in most areas I need either a balcony or a garden as I don’t want to give up my outdoor space
