New build finished in February 2021, I have been the only tenant in this house, the house is part of 4 property terrace. It is a large 2 bedroom, the house is heated with an air source heat pump which is more eco friendly for the environment, there is a pump outside in the garden and the boiler is in the front room cupboard which can also be used for storage.
There is a nursery and school located within 1 mile from the property so the house it well within the catchment area for this, there is also a direct bus line into town which is a one minute walk from the property as well as a local post office and village shop. Within a 5 minute walk from the house there is a small play area with a large green area.
There is a downstairs toilet with a sink, the kitchen is large as it has dining space available within it. The kitchen has double French door to access the garden, the garden is very secure and it comes with a shed and washing line, with a patio area and also has a grass area too.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom which is bigger than a double room, it has 2 radiators and two windows, multiple plug sockets and also has Ariel connection. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, and a sink. The upstairs bathroom also has a skylight in it which can be fully opened or left on the latch. Both bathrooms come with toilet roll holders & towel holders. The second bedroom is a double sized bedroom, smaller than the master bedroom as it has a small built in wardrobe located inside the bedroom.
The village itself is incredibly friendly and the children are lovely and all play together, I will be sad to leave however I would like to be closer to my family. This house is great and has been smoke free from the day we moved in. The hallways, front room, and bedrooms are all carpeted. The downstairs toilet, kitchen and upstairs bathroom have lino placed down.
