Hi, I am looking to upsize due to my son and daughter staying with me more often. They are getting older now (17 and 14) so need their own space as they are too old to be sharing a room.
I live in a 2 bedroom semi detached property. All the rooms are a good size, there is an extra room next to the kitchen which can be used as a utility or pantry. Front and back garden, the back garden is very big and has loads of potential. On street parking too.
