Quiet and friendly neighbourhood with shops, train station and schools nearby.
Only a 5 minute drive to Acocks Green Village and a 15 minute drive to Solihull Touchwood shopping centre.
Small front garden that can fit 1 car if converted into a driveway. Large back garden (mainly grass) with one reception room and bathroom/WC upstairs.
Have been residing here for almost 8 years now and do not want to move however, it is getting overcrowded for us.
