I am looking to swap my council house. It is in Kirkton. It has a front and back garden. The rooms are large. The house needs decorating as I have lived here for 20 years and am not wanting to put any more money into it so its a blank canvas. Has a bath, no shower and garden fence needs some tlc. The house is a 5 minute walk from Asda, local shops, local schools, community centre and many more. I am looking for a one or two bedroom home in dundee, carnoustie areas.
