We are on the top floor which gives us plenty of privacy, it's very safe from any criminal activities and nobody living above us means we don't have to deal with any noisy neighbours upstairs. This is a Lovely, quiet area with friendly neighbours and is close to local shops and bus stops, including the 499 bus route which is on a hail and ride basis so stops right outside the property. Both lifts are well maintained but if one does stop working we do have the other as this is the only floor both lifts go to apart from ground floor and have never had both not working.
