Sunny Sands, Harbour Arm and F51 Skate Park are a few minutes' walk away. Bus stops nearby with frequent buses to, and from town centre. Getting to town can be walked within ten minutes. Town has 3 supermarkets. Train station is a 20 minute walk away.

Flat is best suited for a couple/single person with a teenage, or adult child who can manage several flights of stairs.

I need a one bedroom property in central Eastbourne, or as close to. Must be council owned. Eligible for 50+. Bungalow or house preferred. Flat considered only if it's single storey: ie, above a shop with no surrounding flats.
