It is a 2 bedroom flat in a block of 6 , I am top floor ( 3rd ) , it is a large flat, open balcony off the lounge, ( back of flat ) front porch way with coal shed storage, all new windows put in last month, parking bays out front ( at a small fee ), out house sheds for storing bikes etc ( own keys ) one large bedroom, and another smaller ( still fits a double bed in and room ) both have build in wardrobes, larger room has 2 smaller has 1, unfortunately deciding to move isnt an easy choice, as we love our home and area, close to everything we need, but unfortunately needing a larger property as not enough space for me children, and needing a garden for our dog, animals are allowed, but you’ve got to be able to do the stairs. I wouldn’t advise for someone that can’t handle stairs.
