My flat is on the ground floor. It has door entry system.

My neighbours next door are friendly and the others keep themselves to themselves.
There is communal parking for residents and visitors only that you have to have a permit for.

I have pets, they are allowed, with permission. I have a cat and dog.
The reason I would like to move is because I have changed jobs and the company is based in two locations and I need to be near one of them. Although most of the time i am based at home but they are now expecting me to go in for two days a week.
