I have a 3 bedroom house in lambeth which is too big for me am 64 and it's a struggle I have lived here for 26 years happy years great neighbours who look out for each other am looking for 1 or 2 bedroom in crystal palace or west Norwood's to be near my children and grandchildren please no Estate big or small am looking for peace and quite my home has a drive way and a good size garden,please no Estate,or high rise flats. Please a house with minimal stairs has I have trouble coping with stairs,
