My bungalow consists of 2 bedrooms a living room/diner and kitchen, it is in good decorative order with a private drive.
Lovely garden to the front (all my wifes work) and a 7x5 shed on concrete standing. Shops are close by (2 minutes) including a post office and 'chippy'. There are 4 supermarkets within 5 minutes drive and another three 15 minutes away.
Roker and seaburn beach is 15 minutes drive away and it has a bus stop into town and Newcastle at the end of the road.
I have lived here for 5 years but have recently been diagnosed with lung cancer.Our family is down the South East of England so need the move to be near them for support.
There is a 50yrs age restriction on the property which means only a person or at least one of a couple need to be over 50yrs of age. It is also a secure tenancy.
