The house is in a very lovely area with Friendly neighbors. The property is located 10mins away on the sought-after Finsbury Park station which is lined with amenities, including restaurants, cafes, bus stops, shops, and more. Finsbury Park station (Piccadilly / Victoria/rail) and Arsenal tube station (Piccadilly). Nearby are also Gillespie Park and Emirates Stadium which are within a short stroll.

Been living In this property for 29 years unfortunately due to health reasons I am having to leave my home to find a ground floor flat with wheelchair access. I'm serious about moving due to this please no time wasters!
