Side garden has room for 2 sheds and greenhouse.Property has 2 bedrooms, large lounge,galley style kitchen and wetroom.Property is situated in Granton Place close to trinity and Granton harbour. 2 Morrisons and Lidl are 5 mins away; Asda and Aldi 10mins away.
Looking to move to Inverurie or Ellon (to be nearer our grand children).

We are looking for a ground floor flat or house with 1 or 2 bedrooms with a garden with enough room for a shed and a greenhouse.
