I have a 2 bed non estate seafront flat facing the Porthmeor Beach in St Ives Cornwall on the same road as the Tate Gallery.
Sash windows, stable door, flight of stone steps to front and rear of property. Small balcony at rear. Beach at front.
Sea views from all windows. Sitting room, galley kitchen, walk in shower room. 1 double bed with a fitted wardrobe, 1 single although does fit a double in.
Walking distance to 4 beaches, cafes, restaurants, art galleries and train station. Coast path to Zennor.
I am looking for a non estate location, coastal in Cawsand,Looe,and consider old style properties across Cornwall and Devon. Semi rural/coastal, garden, woodburner/open fire. If you have anything you think may be suitable, please get in touch.
