Local supermarkets - Lidl, Aldi and Iceland - 1 mile away, KFC is a 5 min walk , Town centre - 15 min walk, Dr’s and hospital - 1.5 mile and 2 x Train stations - 15 min walk to Warrington bank quay and 20 mins walk to Warrington central. I'm looking for another new build 2 bed apartment, close by to Manchester city centre in the M3, M5, M14 & M15 areas (other areas of Manchester considered within 10-15mins of the city centre) Serious swappers only please and no time wasters as I’m looking to move ASAP to be closer to work, family and friends.
