I have a lovely split level 2 bed maisonette, with its own ground floor entrance and private garden.
I've recently painted and laid new floors in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, the rest of the property has a wonderful solid hardwood floor throughout.
Bathroom, Kitchen, Boiler cupboard, Utility room and both the bedrooms are on the first level. Down the stairs in a huge living room that leads out to the garden.
My private garden is mostly paved with fruit bushes and a small built-in shed. I have tall fences that are designed to open up fully onto the communal garden, which is grass and overlooks the fields behind my house.
Both the bedrooms are doubles and easily fit double beds with desks and still have space. The living room is HUGE and I use it as a bedroom for myself as well as a living space. It’s difficult to get a full picture of this room but for scope I have a king size bed and a 3mx1.5m sofa in there and still loads of space available! :)
There is parking for tenants out the front of the property and lots of fields/nature walks out the back. The local shop is a 1 min walk away / Tesco superstore is 15 mins walk through fields / Watford town centre is 10 mins walk / Watford Junction is 10 mins walk away and has fantastic connections to London (15 mins to Euston)
The neighbours are lovely and there is a good community of families here. This home would suit a young family perfectly.
