I have a very large open plan house with 2 15 ft bedrooms, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom (we don’t have a bath as it has a wet room).
26ft longe/dining/kitchen
Enclosed rear garden and parking for 2 cars. Assured tenancy.
Need 2 bed GROUND FLOOR flat but will consider flats with lifts. Must have parking and a balcony or outside space and pets allowed as I have a cat.
I am looking for WINCHESTER ONLY as need to be near the hospital.
Been here 8 years and it is a very safe and friendly little cul-de-sac we have a local shop and a bus. 5 minutes drive from Andover town centre and easy access to motorways etc.
