I have a 2 bed, Housing Association, house in St Austell, Cornwall. It has its own private garden, allows 2 pets, doesn't have private parking but I always get a space on the road up the side if the house. My whole bathroom was upgraded about 6 months ago and has a bath and shower. 1 large bedroom, 1 medium bedroom. Kitchen and utility room. I am close to town and all amenities, as well as a few beaches.

Newquay, Wadebridge and Truro all about half an hour away.
