I have a 2 bedroom terraced house, with a big garden and a double drive. There is lots of storage space, with an additional downstairs toilet, as well as a bthroom upstairs. The first bedroom is huge, the second is a single but still of decent size.
There is french doors leading out to a patior area, then a long section of grass. The neighbourhood here is lovely, im sad to give it up however I need to be near my family.
The village here has everything you could need, from a post office, to a chemist, two grocery shops, indian restaurant,chairty shop, chinese, cafe, barbers and more.
There is primary school and a nursery a 5 minute walk from my house, also the bsues run every 20 minutes into Maidstone town if you don't drive, it is a ten minute drive into the town.
I would take a flat if it has a garden, im not too fussy I just want to be nearer to family, again such a shame as I love this house and little village but I need to be with family.
