Downstairs is a good size living/ dining room. Kitchen and utility room. Outside is a small fenced courtyard that make a nice seating area. There’s no garden but plenty of parks near by. 5 min walk to bus/ train station/ shops/ pubs/ clubs & restaurants. Parking available with a city centre permit which is £150 a year which works out less than £3 a week.
I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house in Canterbury with a garden for our active pup. I’d also be interested in a 2 bed house in Birchington. I would like a council house rather than housing association.
