Hello, I have a 2 bedroom house in Cm73xn. Some of the doors will need changing, i am more than happy to change them before the move if needs so. Due to my son having autism and me being pregnant, they won't be able to share rooms or at least have a bigger room so he can have his own space. it has one bathroom upstairs with a shower over the bath. Bath and kitchen was newly done when I moved in back in 2022 the kitchen is small but still a decent kitchen. The garden is a nice sized garden but due to the lady before me it had all over grown. I've tried my best to get it to look better but still has some bits that needs doing. The living room has had brand new flooring put in at the beginning of 2024. There is carpet throughout the house. The house is pretty much on top of McDonald’s and a bus stop just at the top of the road, also an eight minute walk from Braintree shopping village and train station and 5 minute walk from local shops. it's a lovely quiet area where everybody keeps themselves to themselves. I will be sad to leave this house but its not big enough for my sons needs especially when the baby comes. I've had to use old pictures of some of the rooms as dont have up to date photos.
