Ground floor 2 bedroom flat in balloch area. The neighbours are all lovely. There is no noise within the flat. New bathroom with shower/bath and new kitchen has been fitted with a really big secure back and front garden and the flat has also been repainted and reireinsulated. 2 big storage cupboards and a lock up shed in the close. I have two kids sharing a room both getting older and needing their space therefore only reason for move.
