My flat has the "Right to Buy" (RTB)!
My home is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in a purpose built block. There are two steps to access the front of the property and no steps to the back. It's located in a quiet area. Neighbours within my block are polite and friendly but mainly keep to themselves .
Bedrooms are both double sized with one room being slightly bigger than the other. Each bedroom has built-in storage space. There's also plenty of other storage space throughout the flat.
The living room is a great size as is the family bathroom. The kitchen size is smaller and has a private back door, which leads onto the communal grass area and the car park. There is also a larger open grass area to the front of the property.

The property is close to public transport with easy access to Birmingham City Centre and local amenities such as, Weoley Castle Circle Shops, Selly Oak - Aldi, University of Birmingham and Battery Park shopping Centre. And Northfield High Street shopping Centre.
Local primary and secondary schools. Local Doctors surgery and Dental surgery. Local play Parks and Green space areas. Local soft play facilities.
