I have a 2 bed 2nd floor flat (no lift) which is directly opposite Newlyn Harbour. It is compact, stays warm in winter (hardly ever need to put the radiator on) and has an almost new combi-boiler. It was painted about a year and a half ago and carpeted throughout (not expensive carpet but clean and fresh looking).
I am on the top floor (2nd) so no one above. A lovely lady lives underneath and the lady opposite is really friendly although you don't see her very often.
Yu can park outside but also get a permit from the housing association to park in the car park behind the flat as it can get a bit busy in summer with holiday makers although to be honest I have never had to park on the car park for longer than about an hour as a space always comes available.
