Looking to swap to another flat, preferably ground floor in Inverkeithing, Rosyth or Dunfermline.
On offer, I have a lovely, newly decorated 2 bedroom flat in a quiet street of Dunfermline. The only room requiring a little bit of maintenance is the bathroom, which requires some plastering and painting. We have a private garden around the back. The fence will need replacing, however neighbour has agreed to go halves on the new fencing. We are ready to swap asap, due to having a Newborn we would like a ground floor flat and preferably in Inverkeithing or Rosyth as this is closer to our family.
